Neb Altinis began his technology career as a high school student in 1983, auditing and refurbishing IBM 029 keypunch machines. After returning to the IT industry in 1994, he built expertise across major enterprise platforms, selling IBM mainframes, tape and disk systems, AS/400s, and later transitioning through DEC, Compaq, HP, and Cisco technologies.

In 1998, Neb founded Pan Atlantic, becoming its full-time leader in 2002. Under his guidance, the company evolved from a Cisco-focused reseller into a comprehensive technology solutions provider. Today, Pan Atlantic additionally sells equipment from leading vendors including Juniper, Arista, Brocade and Dell for networking solutions, while also delivering servers, storage systems, and end-user computing devices.

With decades of industry experience and a diverse technology portfolio, Pan Atlantic has transformed into a true one-stop shop, offering clients integrated platforms and services to meet their complete IT infrastructure needs.

Matthew has spent more than 30 years at the heart of the global IT asset recovery and resale industry. As founder and managing director of Pan Atlantic Europe Ltd, he combines deep technical expertise with a long-standing commitment to transparency, sustainability, and value creation.

Matthew’s journey began in the early days of personal computing, surrounded by green screens and floppy disks in his father’s computer store — a time that sparked a lifelong fascination with technology and where it ends up when its first life is over. He went on to work across the UK, Europe, and the US, eventually founding ICP Networks in 2002. The company became one of Europe’s leading independent resellers of enterprise IT hardware, widely respected for its pioneering role in circular technology and its work with OEMs on sustainable asset recovery.

After a sabbatical to focus on family and well-being, Matthew returned to business with a clearer purpose: to build something agile, transparent, and values-led. Pan Atlantic Europe Ltd was born from that vision — a boutique consultancy designed to help organisations unlock the hidden value in their IT estates while supporting more responsible, circular outcomes.
